One of Sri Lanka’s most prestigious luxury hotels, still in its final stages of development, sought to establish a world-class cold chain infrastructure right from the start. Known for its exceptional culinary vision and focus on delivering unmatched guest experiences, the hotel had already equipped its cold rooms and chillers with Dixell temperature controllers during construction.
